Man do we love K Fresh in Everett!! This unassuming little spot packs a mighty punch of flavor 🔥
Step right up to the counter and build your own Hot Stone Bowl Bibimbap, packed full of fresh ingredients and incredible sauces. First you pick your base, beteeen types of rice, riced cauliflower or even salad. Next you pick your protein. After that comes the toppings, with way too many options available for us to be able to list them here. Finally comes the sauce. All of this gets loaded into a piping hot stone bowl that sizzles your Bibimbap as you eat it, making the rice crispy and delicious 🤤 I love getting raw egg yolk in mine, Chelsea opted for a fried over easy. Can't go wrong either way!
If you haven't experienced K Fresh yet, grab a couple of buddies and head on over. It's incredibly tasty and unlike any other food in our area!

Happy Monday Snohomies!! We hope you had a fantastic weekend. We hosted a few great open houses, prepped an upcoming listing, and enjoyed some quality time with family. Now, here’s what happened last week in our local real estate markets:
New listings were up in most areas, though a few spots saw a lighter week. Overall, buyers have more great homes to choose from.
Pending sales dipped slightly from the previous week, but buyers are still actively searching—especially for desirable homes—even with recent rate increases.
Average days on market decreased across nearly every area, showing that homes are moving quickly this spring.
Most areas also saw increases in average sales price, which is typical for the season.
